Lesson 12 – who has helped?

Last time was pretty hefty and may take a while to get through so I thought journaling prompts would be in order for a couple of lessons. These are designed to help you write as well as get through some of your work so give them a try. In a few weeks there will be another actual exercise that you’ll need to use some of the entries in your journal.

“None of us has gotten where we are solely by pulling ourselves up from our own bootstraps.
We got here because somebody… bent down and helped us.”
Thurgood Marshall, U.S. Supreme Court Justice

Who has helped you in your journey?
or What?
and How?

Be gentle with yourselves.
Love,
Tracy
