Lesson 9 – “I Am”

More lists for this week. If they seem to bore you then after you make the lists, write some about some of the things on your list. They really are just a stepping off point, something to help with getting things down on paper. The order that you place things in might also be interesting for you to look at. There might even be things on different lists that are the same.

A set of four this time.

  • “I AM…”
  • “I AM NOT…”
  • “I WOULD LIKE TO BE…”
  • “WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT SOME OF THESE?”

For example here’s mine.

  • I AM… spiritual, mom, daughter, friend, artist, lonely, alone (?), quiet, playful, independent, stubborn, sore
  • I AM NOT… happy, wealthy, independent

  • I WOULD LIKE TO BE… living someplace else, happy, a better friend, healthy,

  • I can keep taking my meds and seeing my docs. I can also start walking again. I am looking for a new home and I’m taking steps to get out, socialize, and do things that are just for me rather than always for others.

    • Have a great week everyone!

      Love,
      Tracy
