Jo is a fulltime voluntary staffer at CS, working as the PA to the administrators of the ministry. She is also a member of the support staff team and co-moderates one of the small groups here. Her role includes supporting forum members and running her small group, as well as a lot of 'behind the scenes' work - either doing PA work for the admin, or more general tasks such as webpage updates etc.
