Anyone ever create your own words? I started a word trend here in the mid west hehe! MIPE!Mipe!!!!

Fun! Can you share what Mipe means, L2D?

Our family has a number of made up words and I still make some up. One is moozle. That's for a dog snerfling around the kitchen, lurping up things that dropped. Oh...maybe that's three made up words.

I know I have a bunch of made up words but as of now, I can't think of them.

I do say, "Geeeee" a lot. It's usually a reaction to my emotions at the time. For example... Like if I'm feeling silly and say dumb stuff and my kids just look at me, I say, "Geeeee". (as if I'm in trouble) ahha! The 'g' sound is like the g in the word 'girl'

Hmm..trying to think of little sayings that I use...

Ok, here's one: If someone says something to me and I didn't understand a word of it, sometimes I'll respond with

"Who zee whuh whuh??"

dagnamit is my response to not saying the other thing (which would be blasphemy) and now other people say it.

Not made up but odd - a school friend started saying "cool biscuits" when something was cool/awesome or interesting.

ES, my mom often said dagnabit (well it's close!) when I was growing up.

I made up the word schmoogle in high school. I don't remember what it meant back then. But my h and I both often call each other schmoog, schmooglebear, schmooglebee or he calls me schmoogette.

I also look at my dog and say Bootledy Tootledy in a high-pitched singsong voice for no apparent reason.

I dunno whether I really should be letting you guys in on how weird I am!

cute! my little brother (when he WAS a little brother) was afraid of heights. if he got too far up the hill, or the top of the stairs, etc, he would tell me he had the goozy woozies.
