Amended Posting Guidelines for this forum
Please remember that even though poetry is a way of personally expressing your experiences and healing journey, it is important not to include poetry of a graphic and triggering nature.
If you have any doubts as to whether a poem is suitable, please don't hesitate to ask for guidance in the Concerns forum (with suitable trigger warnings attached) and title it 'Poem Enquiry' so that members of our staff can avoid being triggered themselves.
